Hey There. If you have reached our FAQ section you probably have a question. Hopefully here you can find the answers to all the processes that would involve shopping at shopdennys.com. WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $100 or more
- Orders with Free Standard Shipping are sent via USPS or UPS at our discretion based on the weight and total value of the package. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
- Orders less than $100 are shipped for an $8 flat rate or by UPS based on weight.
- Orders $500 or more require a signature at the time of delivery
- Gift Cards ordered during regular business hours will be processed and shipped on the same day and free of charge
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically through the carrier based on the weight and dimensions of your order as well as the distance it is being shipped.
- Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of the original order date. Please allow additional processing time during promotional periods.

- Due to the Coronavirus outbreak of 2020, there may be times where additional processing time is needed.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
ShopDenny's.com accepts the following payment methods:

- Next-day and Express delivery options also available
- Purchases are delivered in an orange box tied with a Bolduc ribbon, with the exception of certain items
